I saw Kingdom of Heaven today.

What complete shit.

You know, if there was ever anything that made me sick, it was a)war b) stupidity, and c) religion. Unfortunately, those things tend to run together.

What exactly is the need for all the mindless violence in this movie? Oh, not to mention that Orlando Bloom (whom I am not the biggest fan of) didn't smile ONCE during the entire movie. WHOOPEE Orlando. As Chris said: "Silly Orlando Bloom running around in chain mail and waving a sword!" Or something to that effect.

And there was no point to that movie. Yes, I realize we are still fighting over Jerusalem. And it will never stop. And making a movie saying "OH LOOK WE SHOULD PROBABLY SHARE THE LAND LIKE THE THOUGHT WE SHOULD 1000 YEARS AGO BUT WAIT NOTHING HAS CHANGED UHHH-" doesn't help.

Especially when all it satisfies are the cravings of Orlando Bloom fangirls, religious people whose opinions will not be swayed by this movie, and blood-thirsty moviegoers.

I hate violence in movies. Stupid bloodshed with no point whatsoever. And everyone thinks that sex is the most scandalous thing and NC-17 is soooo much worse than chopping someone's head off.

And what is the cause for that type of thinking? Every hypocritical value this movie supposebly 'stands' for, tch.

If you're offended by what you just read, then please, go see this movie. You'll probably enjoy it. A lot.

Strange that sophmore year is over. I guess it's all different when you think about the fact that... whatever I think sophmore year will entail is probably going to boil down to the few moments that I left it in, and the few moments of depression I started it in.

But I think moving here has done my overall personality a lot of good, although I can't say that I'm still thrilled about it.

My grades are good, finally. Except for P.E. I am still seriously worried SICK that I got a B because I completely BLEW the final and I've heard of smarties getting B's in P.E. because they blew the final. I just don't know how to do bowling scores. Save me. I can't even think about how mad I'm going to be when all the hard work I've done this semester boils down to a fucking B in PE. Of all things, I just can't forgive myself for this one. BLAHHHH.

Ok. In other news... nothing, really. School's over, and it was extremely... boring. We didn't have a bash or anything. Cindy & I just walked out during lunch.

Hoping I don't hate those classes
Feeling strange, considering this is the first time I'm going BACK to the school I went to this year in a few years.

I don't know how much I can be online this summer. :-/ Bumming out through all of July seems like a good option, but then I hear some standaridized testing acronyms start to pop up, and I cringe.

I was reading waterga... I can't BELIEVE it's been a MONTH since I saw Kundun in geography. Time... is just flying past. I don't know about catching up anymore.

Goals?
This summer, I just want to:
Be happy with my report card, or tear a hole in the ceiling for getting a B in PE
Brush up on some SAT crap. Yeah. That'll get done. -_-
Have an alright time, and try not to get into too many fights with my parents
As if
Get over everything insignificant thing that's still bothering me right now that has to do with school. But that'll come in time.

I don't exactly know how I'm supposed to survive every fucking day with my mom breathing down my neck about studying. I am going to blow one day. Eugh.
